Project Overview
Problem statement
Mike is an engaged man who needs a location in Charlotte North Carolina to get married because he and his fiancé want to get married in Charlotte North Carolina.
Goal statement
Our wedding app will let users find a location in Charlotte North Carolina to get married, which will affect newly engaged couples by allowing them to easily find their dream wedding venue. We will measure effectiveness by reading user's reviews and tracking successful venues.
2.
Paper wireframes
I begin by sketching the interface's basic structure, concentrating on layout, navigation, and key elements to ensure a clear visual hierarchy. This approach enables rapid iteration and feedback, refining the design before transitioning to digital prototypes.
3.
Digital wireframes
I establish the basic layout and structure of the user interface, ensuring core components and functionalities are clearly defined and logically arranged. Additionally, I prioritize user experience by strategically placing interactive elements to enhance usability.
4.
Low-fidelity prototype
I concentrate on basic layouts and interface elements to quickly visualize and iterate on design concepts, prioritizing functionality and user flow over detailed aesthetics. This approach enables rapid adjustments based on feedback.
5.
Mockups
I refine the visual design by incorporating brand elements and ensuring the layout aligns with user needs and project goals. Additionally, I add interactive elements to simulate user experience, helping to identify potential usability issues before development.
